What skills and experience we're looking for

This SENCo role involves leading and quality assuring SEN practice within our KS3 and KS4 Centres. These centres provide education to young people who have needs, which means they are unable to access mainstream education. We are looking for a resilient and dynamic individual who can lead a small SEND team, ensuring the SEND needs of the pupils are met. You should also be able to assist the Senior Leadership Team by driving forward SEND initiatives to work together aiming for successful outcomes for pupils through inclusive practice. You should have QTS and the National SEND qualification.
