The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Music to join our school for a period of maternity cover. The successful candidate will be passionate in making a difference for our children. We are looking to recruit a colleague with both the commitment and relevant skills to embody our culture, enthuse students, and help to raise standards throughout the school. The successful candidate will join the school at an exciting time. Having secured the Expected Standard across Attendance and Behaviour, Curriculum and Teaching, Inclusion, Leadership and Governance, and Personal Development and Wellbeing by Ofsted in June 2026, we are eager to continue on our school improvement journey - and we look forward to having you on this journey.
The successful candidate will:
provide inspirational teaching so that all students make exceptional progress
be an outstanding, passionate and highly motivated teacher
be committed to extra-curricular activities within the faculty
liaise with peripatetic teachers
be an established performer with an instrument.
