We are now recruiting teachers for our special school for pupils with autism. Full time posts are available in both schools.
A 0.6 post is available at Spa Camberwell on a fixed term contract for one year.
Spa Camberwell: Our school is for pupils with autism aged 5 – 16. We opened in September 2020 and are now recruiting teachers for new classes opening in September 2021. Posts are available in our primary department and for a Key Stage 3 class. You will lead a class team and teach a class of up to 9 pupils. You will access excellent training and professional development and will have the chance to shape the future development of the school. Special school teaching experience is preferred, but not essential.
Spa Bermondsey: We are looking for a new teacher to join our existing secondary school team. You will be a class tutor for a group of up to 9 pupils and will have the opportunity to teach a range of subjects across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. You do not need to have taught in a special school before as we offer great training and support. Mainstream primary teachers are encouraged to apply.
