Young people often show a range of unhelpful behaviours to hide their own vulnerability. At The Forge we seek to offer schools, families and pupils a range of options to help make rapid progress, encourage re-engagement and allow change from within.
Situated in Redditch, Worcestershire, the Forge has been meeting the relational and
educational needs of children unable to access mainstream school for many years.
WE HAVE TWO PRIMARY YET PARALLEL TASKS:
To support children and families to flourish based on Trauma Informed Practice models and to educate pupils to the highest level possible in order for them to access the next steps in their life be it further education, employment or training.
