What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governing Body of Westleigh St Paul's CE Primary School wish to appoint a temporary Part Time Class Teacher

The successful candidate will:

Be nurturing and have outstanding behaviour management
Demonstrate outstanding practice and have high expectations across all aspects of pupil achievement.
Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
Have the skills to ensure that all children are suitably challenged, and lessons are adapted for all children’s needs.
Be able to consistently provide high quality learning opportunities.
Be able to work in partnership, and communicate effectively, with children, parents, Governors and staff.
Have energy, enthusiasm, a sense of humour and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Be flexible in their approach, open to new ideas and be a team player.
Are committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
Understand and have working knowledge of a range of assessment strategies.
