We are looking for someone who:

- has a proven record of excellent classroom practice and is determined to ensure that all pupils regardless of their starting points receive an education that enables them ‘to be the best that they can be’.
- is creative, engaging and keen to continue to develop their own teaching practice.
- has excellent interpersonal skills and qualities that inspire and motivate pupils and supports the importance of working as part of a strong team.
