What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a TA to join our team of dedicated support staff. This position will involve supporting teachers in the classroom and also working with pupils 1:2:1 or in small groups. If you are interested in ensuring that all pupils achieve their very best then this may be the job for you. We are looking for full time colleagues, who can work 5 days a week term time only (8:30am – 3:15pm).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who is looking to build a career in the education sector, working directly with pupils. We are looking for someone with a passion for education, ambition and the ability to work with a strong team of teaching and support staff and who can also engage young people in a creative and supportive way. We can provide an exceptional environment in which our staff and pupils thrive.
Role Requirements:
- An ability to work in the classroom supporting teachers with school pupils and to be a positive role model
- Working 1:2:1 or with small groups
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
- Dedicated, creative and hardworking individual
- A real willingness to learn new skills
