Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost progress and engagement
- Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
- Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and pastoral care
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
- Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential—training and support will be provided

Hexthorpe Primary school is a very large and expanding school situated in the village of Hexthorpe, close to Balby and Doncaster city centre.
Our aim is to provide a stimulating, safe and caring environment where we can develop children academically, socially, emotionally and creatively so that they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to thrive as they mature and grow.
