Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking to appoint two Teaching Assistants with the requirement to cover lunchtime supervision duties.

Working 32.5 hours per week 8.30am - 3.30pm with a 1/2 hour lunch break

Permanent Contract, Term time only plus 5 school training days per year. (39 weeks per year)

Grade 5 SCP 5 - 6- £24,790 - £25,183 FTE

Actual £18,730 - £19,026 pa

We are looking to appoint two, enthusiastic, calm, well organised teaching assistants to be part of our committed and hardworking team. One role will be based in KS1 and the other in KS2. Ideally you will need to have recent experience of working with children in a primary school environment. You will be knowledgeable and confident at supporting children's learning so that a team approach ensures good and better progress for our learners.
