Red Oak Primary School is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive team. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning. We are looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Red Oak Primary School
Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
Salary: ALT Grade C Points 5-7 £16,811.25-£17,074.98
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- To work with individuals or small groups of pupils in the classroom under the direct supervision of teaching staff
- To support pupils to understand instructions
- To support independent learning and inclusion of all pupils
