Teaching Assistant job summary
Weare looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of our young people. You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving the teaching andlearning in a way that benefits all children. This role, will also involve working alongside our SEND team to support pupil progress.
The post requires someone with:
current experience of working with children in school and be able to promote an excellent desire for learning
a good understanding of Special Educational Needs
be able to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethos
be creative and flexible in the way you work
have excellent communication skills
have highly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
be committed to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community.
