Stradbroke isn’t just a school — it’s a community. A place where students feel known, supported, and inspired. As one of the region’s top performing schools, we pair high expectations with high care, offering a vibrant co curricular programme and a culture where every child can excel. Ofsted’s 2023 visit captured what makes us special, recognising that we are “likely to be outstanding” when next graded.
THE ROLE
We are expanding our team of Teaching Assistants to support a growing number of students with additional needs. You’ll be at the heart of the classroom, helping students engage confidently with their learning, while also delivering targeted small group and 1:1 interventions such as ELSA that unlock progress.
Our SEND team is dynamic, dedicated, and deeply valued. If you’re someone who enjoys getting involved — from school trips to first aid support — and you’re passionate about helping young people flourish, this role offers real purpose and impact.
