What skills and experience we're looking for
We'relooking for someone who:
- Is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their full potential
- Brings patience, positivity and resilience, with the ability to remain calm and professional when supporting pupils with a range of needs
- Hasstrong communicationand relationship-building skills.
- Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths and is committed to further developing their skills through professional learning and training opportunities
- Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities

Westover Green Community School & Autism Centre caters for children between the ages of 4 and 11 and is set in the historic market town of Bridgwater, just a few miles off Junction 24 of the M5.
