Teaching Assistant job summary

Are you passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of young people? St Peter’s Collegiate Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team starting September 2025.

Located just one mile from Wolverhampton City Centre, our diverse and values-driven Church of England Academy serves over 1,300 students, including a thriving Sixth Form. With a strong Christian ethos and a commitment to service, respect, and aspiration, we are on an exciting journey of transformation—backed by a DfE-funded rebuild of 80% of our campus.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting students academically and pastorally, working both within classrooms and independently to help pupils achieve their full potential. You’ll also assist teachers in delivering a broad and engaging curriculum, contributing to our inclusive, high-expectation environment.

We offer a welcoming and collaborative culture where your development is valued, and where you'll be supported to grow alongside our students.

If you're energetic, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
