Working closely with teachers, pupils, and families, you will play a vital part in nurturing confidence, supporting individual needs, and celebrating every success. About You

  • English and Maths qualifications to Level 2 (GCSE A-C), or equivalent.
  • A Teaching Assistant Qualification, or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with children.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
