Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils in accessing learning across the curriculum, both in class and through targeted interventions
- Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help manage pupil behaviour effectively, promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere
- Work with pupils with additional needs, adapting support to meet individual requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
- Support the wider life of the school, including events, trips, and enrichment activities
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring and committed individual with a passion for supporting children’s learning
- Experience working with primary-aged pupils, including those with SEND
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Alignment with the values and mission of Atlas Academy and Astrea Trust
