Job Role: Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in reaching their full potential. Working closely with teachers, you will help deliver high-quality learning experiences, provide one-to-one and small-group support, and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

The successful candidate will be patient, caring, and committed to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of children. You will assist with classroom activities, help prepare learning resources and encourage confidence and independence in learners.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, has excellent communication and teamwork skills, and is passionate about making a positive difference in education.

  • We have a full-time therapist as a Co-Deputy Head works both with the children but also offers supervision to all staff members
