Teaching Assistant job summary
Bordesley Green East Nursery School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching assistant to join our team and help secure outstanding outcomes for all our pupils. This is a fixed-term role.
At Bordesley Green East, we take pride in our creative and holistic approach to early education. Our practice empowers children to make their own choices, nurtures independence and self-motivation, and places children at the heart of a high-quality, play-based curriculum.
About Us
The Nursery School is funded by the Local Authority and has a fully delegated budget. We are one of 27 Birmingham Local Authority Maintained Nursery Schools that promote quality and excellence for our youngest children in Birmingham.
We provide high-quality nursery education for 120 children, offering places to 2-, 3- and 4-year-olds.
Our Community
Our nursery is culturally rich and diverse, with many languages spoken by our children and families. We have a strong reputation for supporting children with complex special educational needs and disabilities, as well as families who may be experiencing additional challenges.
