Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking for 3 enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individuals to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum.

• To deliver targeted interventions.
• To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
• To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
• You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion
• You will be working with pupils with SEND across KS1 and KS2

There are 3 teaching assistant vacancies available at Brixington Primary School, each role is 32.5 hours per week.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
