What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will have:

· at least a NVQ level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or other comparable qualification

· Experience of working with children within a school environment · A current valid First Aid Certificate is desirable

· Understanding of equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice, with particular reference to services for children and families

· Awareness of child protection issues and procedures
