What skills and experience we're looking for
Our SEND students achieve excellent results, thanks to the support they receive. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and morally driven colleague, with a firm belief in attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships. You will have a passion to make a difference to the students in your care.
You will need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in literacy and numeracy, with experience of dealing with young people. Experience of supporting students within an educational setting would be an advantage.

Brymore is a State Boarding School for boys aged 11 - 17 set in its own 60 acre site in the Quantocks, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with a working farm, gardens, workshops and sports facilities which are fully utilised in the delivery of the curriculum to over 320 students of which 130 are boarders. The school is currently expanding and this is an exciting time in Brymore’s development.
