Teaching Assistant Complex Needs job summary

Do you want to make a difference to the lives of young children? Do you have the compassion, skills and motivation to support vulnerable children to succeed? We are looking for adaptable and motivated individuals to work with small groups of children in our mainstream, Complex Needs provision. You will work alongside a highly skilled team to support children in their unique pathways to being successful communicators and learners. Core Purpose:To work under supervision, direction and guidance of the Inclusion Team. Assisting the teachers and Inclusion Team in the overall delivery of the Curriculum, and undertake intervention or support programmes as required, to enable access to learning for neurodiverse pupils across KS2.
