Successful candidates will:

Ø Demonstrate sound knowledge of child development;

Ø Have a commitment to sharing responsibility for improving outcomes for all children;

Ø Be fully committed to learning from and contributing to a team;

Ø Have excellent communication skills to engage children, parents and colleagues;

Ø Have GCSE (Grade 6 and above) in Maths and English

Ø Be very well organised.
