Skills required:
- Ability to use own initiative
- A passion for engaging students using imaginative strategies
- Be flexible and an effective team player
- Have effective interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire students
- Value, and contribute to, the distinctive ethos of the centre
- Be confident in KS4 curriculum
- Willingness to offer extra-curricular activities such as Duke of Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that students make rapid progress in a supportive and caring environment.

The Clifton Centre is a Key Stage 4 Pupil Referral Unit working with students who are excluded from mainstream schools or who are at risk of such. The students attend with us for varying periods of time ranging from a number of weeks to at least a full Key Stage. Most KS4 pupils are entered for a range of GCSEs, including English and Maths.
