What skills and experience we're looking for

You will have the ability to draw on your specialist skills and knowledge to respond effectively to pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

What you will offer

We are looking for individuals with the dedication to promoting effective and inclusive education for all pupils and an understanding and ability to establish clear boundaries in relation to pupils behaviour. You will demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and have effective communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidates will have a willingness and desire to learn and to gain knowledge and develop skills to improve your work performance.

A flexible, patient and hardworking approach to work will be required with the ability to work as part of a team.

You will be joining a friendly and engaging workplace with benefits including:

  • Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
  • A strong commitment to professional development
