Teaching Assistant - EYFS job summary

About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead our nursery provision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years practitioner to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our nursery, shaping a high-quality, nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Working closely with the EYFS Lead and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring all children receive the very best start to their education.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification

Has experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting

Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development

Can plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences

Is able to lead provision and work proactively and independently

Builds positive relationships with children, families and staff

Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
