What skills and experience we're looking for

Hawksworth Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, full time Teaching Assistant to join our popular primary school within the picturesque village of Hawksworth (near Guiseley).

Candidates should be highly motivated with a desire to continually develop their own practice and professional expertise. They should be willing to contribute and become an integral part of our dedicated and supportive team, aiming to uphold the school’s motto of ‘Safe to grow, free to soar’.

What the school offers its staff

Our village school was rated GOOD by Ofsted in June 2024 and has never been rated less than GOOD in previous inspections. Our most recent SIAMS inspection also rated us as GOOD.

Supportive interview process will not include any hidden tasks and will solely be based on a classroom observation and face to face interview.
