Teaching Assistant job summary
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join the team at Kennall Vale School, starting September 2022, working primarily in KS1. The role is a fixed term contract, ending on 31st August 2023. The position is 16.25 hours a week (8:45am-12:00pm), Monday - Friday.
We are seeking to appoint a person who is enthusiastic, hardworking and committed to the ethos of Kennall Vale School. The role is primarily in Year 1 and 2 so knowledge and experience of the KS1 curriculum and Phonics is desired.
Developing a positive and nurturing relationship with all children is key, so the successful candidate will be warm, child-centred and know how to get the best out of the young people they are working with.
