What skills and experience we're looking for

This post will involve supporting small groups and/or individual pupils, as well as supporting the Class Teacher to deliver high quality learning for our pupils. The role will primarily be working with children in KS1 including the delivery of Phonics interventions, so versatility is required. The role will include working with children during the lunch hour to support social interactions
