What skills and experience we're looking for

The role currently is to work specifically in our literacy support area, offering one-to-one or small group support to students, measuring and recording the impact of this support and the interventions used. Accurate record keeping is essential, as is the ability to use information technology to administer support programmes and maintain accurate and detailed records.

The successful candidate will work as part of a small literacy support team, as well as part of the wider SEND team, and will be expected to communicate regularly with the SEND Manager and Assistant Headteacher/SENDCo concerning the progress of students.
