Job overview
We are looking to appoint a dedicated teaching assistant, who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational; a teaching assistant who has the desire and passion to make a real difference to the lives and life-chances of our children.
We are looking for someone, on a 1 year fixed term basis, who can commit to working across 3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between the hours of 8.30am and 3.30pm.
The ideal candidate will:
Show initiative, provide intervention, promote independent learning, and work successfully as part of a team.
Have knowledge of the EYFS/KS1 curriculum.
Have high expectations of all children for learning and behaviour.
Be able to manage time effectively and balance different priorities.
