We have ambition for all, and we’re looking for someone who shares that belief—someone calm, consistent and resilient, who is not averse to supporting young people who may present with challenging behaviour or non-compliance. You will help remove barriers to learning by maintaining high expectations, promoting positive behaviour and enabling students to re-engage with school life and progress towards positive futures, supported by training and a strong team culture.
