• Working pattern: Part time: 26.25 hours per week 9am - 12pm 1pm - 3.15pm Term time only, including INSET days Option for additional roles to increase hours.
• Contract type: Fixed term - 1 year in the first instance, with a view to being permanent.
• Pay scale: Scale Point 7 - 10: £14.14 - £14.83

What skills and experience we're looking for

Acorns Primary School in Long Compton, part of the Stour Federation Multi Academy Trust, is recruiting for an excellent teaching assistant to join our team.

The successful applicant will work under the overall supervision of the responsible teacher and will assist

and support teaching and learning, work with individuals or groups across the school and support the provision of care, safety and welfare for all pupils.

There will be plentiful opportunities to support children's nurture and play through the Thrive Approach and OPAL (Outdoor Play & Learning) ethos to enable all children at Acorns to flourish.

Acorns Primary School in Long Compton serves the rural area on the borders of South Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. The priority area includes the villages of Long Compton, Little Compton, Little Wolford, Great Wolford, Barton on the Heath; and aims to provide a centre for educational excellence in the area.
