What skills and experience we're looking for

Halfway Junior School are seeking candidates who are:

  • Passionate about making a difference for all children.
  • Able to develop positive and productive relationships with all children, parents and staff.
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in supporting all children to access their learning within the classroom.
  • Able to manage and deliver structured intervention packages
  • An active and supportive member of the class and wider school team.
  • A positive role model for our children
  • Able to be flexible, responsive and proactive to change
  • Willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom
  • Preferably have experience of supporting in upper KS2.
