What skills and experience we're looking for
Halfway Junior School are seeking candidates who are:

- Knowledgeable and skilled in supporting all children to access their learning within the classroom.
- Able to manage and deliver structured intervention packages
- An active and supportive member of the class and wider school team.
- A positive role model for our children
- Able to be flexible, responsive and proactive to change
- Willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom
- Preferably have experience of supporting in upper KS2.
