Are you an outstanding teaching assistant with a successful record of supporting pupils with their learning?
Do you have experience of supporting pupils with their learning across the primary age range?
Do you want to make a difference to the academic, social and emotional development of our amazing pupils?
The post will initially involve working with pupils in a Key Stage 1 or 2 class as a 1:1 or class-based TA.
We are looking for someone who:
o is able to embody our school vision
o is an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner with the ability to raise achievement for all pupils from their starting points
o experience of working with pupils with specific needs
o possesses excellent inter-personal skills
o can adapt to change
o effectively collaborates positively and constructively with colleagues, parents and external agencies
o Is passionate about supporting pupils whose learning is challenging for them
o Is a ‘can do’ person.
