Teaching Assistant Level 3 job summary

Monday - Friday - 12pm - 3.30pm (17.5 hpw)

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in the classroom? Bayside Academy in Poole is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Support the individual needs of pupils to help them thrive academically and socially
  • Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.

While previous experience in a similar setting or working with young people is desirable, it is not essential. We welcome applicants who are committed, caring, and eager to contribute to our school community.
