We expect our teachers to be both interested and interesting. Interested - passionate about developing the children they teach to achieve the highest standards. Interesting - having an inspiring personality and an ability to build strong, positive relationships with the children they teach. We go beyond the norm and include nationally accredited philosophy lessons as an important part of our offer. We use our lovely grounds to the full for Forest School and a diverse range of sports. The support of the emotional health and wellbeing of pupils and staff has been at the heart of Bispham’s ethos for many years.

We are looking for:

· An outstanding teaching assistant

· Someone with the passion and energy to make a difference

· A team player with a ‘glass half full’ attitude to life

· A commitment to continued professional development

· Someone who looks for the fun in every day

In return we offer:

· A wonderful cohort of children with supportive and engaged parents, a brilliant school staff who work as a team to move the school forward

· A well-maintained school set in lovely grounds

· Supportive leaders and governors committed to maintaining work life balance
