  • Effective Communicator:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children and adults alike.
  • Organised and Efficient:Strong organisational skills to manage tasks effectively and support the smooth running of the classroom.
  • Friendly and Flexible:A warm and approachable demeanour, with the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the school environment.
  • Confidentiality Awareness:Understanding the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding in a school environment.
  • Class Coverage:Willingness to cover classes as required, including staff absence and teacher Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time.

  • Professional and Positive:A professional attitude that reflects a positive approach to challenges and opportunities in the educational setting.
