We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant, with strong EYFS experience, to join our wonderful Early Years team from 1st September 2026.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about early childhood development and committed to giving young children the very best start.
  • Skilled at supporting high-quality learning, both indoors and outdoors, in a well‑resourced EYFS setting.
  • Warm, patient, caring and able to build strong relationships with children and families.
  • Confident in delivering interventions and supporting high standards in communication, language, phonics and early maths.
  • Experienced in working collaboratively as part of a team to create an inspiring, purposeful and joyful learning environment.
  • Able to model and promote our Christian values in all aspects of school life.

Who We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare recognised by the DfE.
  • Have recent experience in an EYFS setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional, positive approach.
  • Be proactive, reflective and eager to contribute to whole‑school life.
  • Have a genuine commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
