We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant, with strong EYFS experience, to join our wonderful Early Years team from 1st September 2026.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about early childhood development and committed to giving young children the very best start.
- Skilled at supporting high-quality learning, both indoors and outdoors, in a well‑resourced EYFS setting.
- Warm, patient, caring and able to build strong relationships with children and families.
- Confident in delivering interventions and supporting high standards in communication, language, phonics and early maths.
- Experienced in working collaboratively as part of a team to create an inspiring, purposeful and joyful learning environment.
- Able to model and promote our Christian values in all aspects of school life.

Who We Are Looking For
Our ideal candidate will:
- Is qualified at Level 3 with an Early Years specific qualification recognised by the DfE.
- Have recent experience in an EYFS setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional, positive approach.
- Be proactive, reflective and eager to contribute to whole‑school life.
- Have a genuine commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
