The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy working with children with additional needs, including those who may present with some challenging behaviour
- Be reliable, versatile and resilient
- Have experience of working with children in a primary school setting
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Show commitment and self-motivation, with the ambition to develop their skills and expertise.
- Be an enthusiastic, team player who is able to build good relationships with children and staff.
