The ideal candidate will:

  • Enjoy working with children with additional needs, including those who may present with some challenging behaviour
  • Be reliable, versatile and resilient
  • Have experience of working with children in a primary school setting
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Show commitment and self-motivation, with the ambition to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Be an enthusiastic, team player who is able to build good relationships with children and staff.
