We have a rare opening for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant, to join our school and support our Nursery provision as Maternity Cover. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children during the earliest stages of their learning and development. By joining our reputable school, you will work alongside our dedicated and experienced team, to help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported and inspired to learn through play.
We are seeking someone who:
- Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification, compliant with the EYFS Framework (essential).
- Is enthusiastic, approachable, friendly and positive about their role in education and contribution to our whole school community Has experience of working with young children, preferably in a nursery or Early Years setting
- Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly, and independently
- Shows initiative and creativity in different learning situations
- Is keen to support the ethos of a Church school.
- Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare- both at home and in school.
- Can help maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming learning environment, promoting high standards of care and safeguarding
