At Orchard Park High School, we are seeking a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming school community.

Working alongside teachers and other colleagues, you will provide targeted support both in and beyond the classroom, helping students develop the skills, resilience and confidence they need to thrive throughout their secondary education.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support learning across a range of subjects and year groups. You will work with individual students and small groups, help to create a focused learning environment, and contribute to the wider pastoral and inclusion work of the school.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:


Is educated to at least GCSE grade C/4 standard (or equivalent) in English and MathematicsIs Proficient in IT Skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Google Drive)Has had successful experience of working within a Secondary school / Education SettingHas experience of supporting EN students in a mainstream classroom environment
