Teaching Assistant job summary
Parliament Hill School is looking to appoint Teaching Assistant to support classroom teachers in teaching and learning and contribute to a purposeful learning environment. You would be expected to work with individual and small groups of students to help to develop speaking and listening skills.
This role requires an individual with strong previous experience of working with and developing young people. Candidates will need excellent communication skills. We welcome candidates who can evidence continuous professional development.
ROLE SUMMARY:
To assist teams including teachers and support workers in promoting the learning and pastoral care of students by providing learning, pastoral and practical support for students with a statement of SEND across the curriculum.
