This is a rewarding role supporting pupils across the school, particularly those with additional needs. We are seeking an individual who:

  • Has experience supporting children’s learning or wellbeing
  • Has a strong understanding of child development and effective learning strategies
  • Is able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff and work effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is proactive, patient and able to motivate and encourage pupils to succeed
  • Has effective behaviour management skills
  • Is organised and able to support the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Has a genuine passion for education and making a difference in young people’s lives
