Teaching Assistant job summary

About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting learning across the school. You will:

Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and progress

Support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with SEND

Deliver targeted interventions under the guidance of teaching staff

Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff across the school

🕒 Working Pattern:

30 hours per week, term time plus two weeks in the summer holiday (dates as set out by the school) working in pre-school.

We are seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals who are committed to supporting children's development across a range of ages, from our Pre-School, through to Year 6. Staff are expected to demonstrate flexibility and may be required to work across both the Pre-School and School settings as needed, ensuring consistency and continuity in our high standard of care and education. 2 weeks will be required to work during the summer holidays (dates set by the school) to work in the pre-school setting.
