Fixed Term until August 2025 with the possibility to extend until August 2026
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.15pm (part time will be considered)
About this Role
Horspath Church of England Primary School is looking for a caring and dedicated teaching assistant to join its teaching team. Are you an enthusiastic and patient individual committed to helping to ensure high standards in education, both academically and pastorally? We are seeking an empathetic, creative and flexible individual to support pupils with special educational needs in Key Stage 1 & 2.

The successful candidate will be required to provide support to children as a classroom assistant, as well as carry out planned interventions for individuals and groups of pupils. The candidate will have the ability to build positive and effective relationships with all pupils and staff, and work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to help meet the academic and pastoral needs of pupils.
