What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- have high expectations of pupils' achievement and behaviour
- strive to play their part in making learning fun and exciting
- have strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- have a good standard of English and numeracy, GCSE grade A to C or equivalent in both subject areas
- play a role in the wider life of the school
- value learning outside the classroom
- have experience of working within a school environment.
