• Working pattern: Part time: 15 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Monday to Friday; 3 hours per day (mornings)
• Contract type: Fixed term - 1 year
• Full time equivalent salary: £24,608 - £26,100 pa
• Actual salary: £8,783 – 9,316 pa

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Have experience of working with children across the primary phase
• Be fully committed to both aspects of the role: working with children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis when assigned and supporting the class teacher as a general teaching assistant.
• Have the skills to support the learning, social interaction and welfare of individual pupils with a range of needs.
• Support the class teacher to provide the best opportunities and outcomes for our children
• Be motivated, flexible and understanding
• Have a willingness and enthusiasm to develop new skills
