Teaching Assistant job summary
32.5 hours per week - 39 weeks per year, term time only Scale 3: Actual salary range £23,613 to £23,951 p.a. (includes 2.5 hrs per week either over lunchtime or after school)
Hours: 8.15am to 3.15pm (or 4:30pm for after school activity 1 day per week) Mondays to Fridays
We are seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to support students across the curriculum who face diverse barriers to learning. You will work both within the classroom and with small intervention groups to provide targeted support for learners on the Special Educational Needs (SEN) register, including those with Education Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with vulnerable learners and those with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. We are committed to staff growth and provide excellent professional development opportunities for all.
Contract: 1-year fixed term. Requirements: Enhanced DBS disclosure.
