Are you passionate about languages and committed to helping young people achieve their full potential?

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our successful team at Consett Academy. The successful candidate will teach French and German across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that inspire students and promote a love of language learning. There may also be the opportunity to teach at Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. The role is suitable for both an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive start to their career and an experienced teacher looking for a new opportunity within a forward-thinking academy.

We are looking for a teacher with excellent subject knowledge, high expectations of students and a commitment to achieving the very best outcomes. You will join a welcoming and supportive department where collaboration, professional development and student success are at the heart of what we do.
